RGA have been providing temporary workers to our clients since 1974. We understand that our clients require experienced individuals at short notice and we have the capability to provide temporary workers for a just week or a number of months. Our clients work on projects at various stages from a conceptual study through to detailed design, or management of the construction phase and we provide committed individuals who will see the project through until the end.

Permanent Staff
RGA have built a comprehensive database including a number of permanent staff. Levels of experience varies with each individual however all are relevant to the sectors that we service. Our clients need a balance of temporary workers and permanent staff as workloads will fluctuate at various times, we can provide a service that covers both the short term and long term objectives concurrently.

RGA provide complete RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) services for our clients.
