Senior Flow Assurance Engineer

Scope of work includes:

Develop engineering activities related to shallow water flowline and export pipelines flow assurance and hydraulics analysis activities during Pre-FEED validation, FEED studies
•Perform steady state and transient simulations under the direction of Flow Assurance Lead Engineer
•Carry out engineering activities relating to chemical inhibitor selection program

Key responsibilities include:

industry codes and standards along with lessons learned and best practices to the work related to flow assurance analysis for subsea pipelines and infield flowlines. •Should be able to manage and perform flow assurance and operability studies and prepare calculation and design reports as well as interim presentations with minimum supervision
Provide input to corrosion risk assessment
•Simulate transient simulations for wells start-up/shutin and subsea system pigging, start-up, shutdown and cool down for assessing and mitigating risks

Education/Qualifications:

Candidates must have minimum BA Petroleum Engineering/ Chemical /Mechanical/ from an accredited university
•Masters degree Petroleum Engineering/ Chemical /Mechanical/ from an accredited university
•10+ years’ experience in flow assurance work during design & development of capital projects with infield and export pipelines
•Minimum of 2 gas-condensate FEED project experience covering Flow Assurance and Operability studies.
•Proven proficiency in handling front end engineering design and/or detailed engineering.
•Experience in design using industry software PVTSim, PIPESIM and OLGA (including well and slug-tracking modules)
•Experience with sour service pipeline design a plus
•Work effectively with peers in a multi-disciplinary environment
