Junior level BIM/Revit Technician
Role includes:
BIM Modelling and Technical Production
·Support the creation and development of 3D models of building services systems using Revit
·Assist in producing coordinated technical outputs including:
·Layout plans ·Sections ·Elevations ·Details ·Schematics
·Ensure models and drawings are accurate and aligned with project requirements and BIM standards.
·Assist with maintaining and updating models throughout the design process.
Project Support:
·Work alongside engineers and designers to support project delivery across multiple projects.
·Assist in coordinating models and drawings with architectural and structural design teams
·Attend design team and BIM coordination meetings where required.
·Help ensure technical information is delivered accurately and on time.
·Assist with basic clash detection and coordination tasks.
Visualisation and Communication:
·Support the production of visual outputs such as renders and model views for reports and presentations.
·Assist in preparing model outputs to communicate design concepts to project teamsand clients
Status: PERM
Salary: £Neg depending on experience
Location: Cambridge / 3 days in office + 2 days remote
