Revit MEP Coordinator
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
·Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, including experience with clash detection and model coordination.
·Demonstrated ability to create and manage Revit families, as well as generate and export detailed schedules.
·Proven experience in modelling MEP services and/or architectural designs within Revit.
·Ability to present and communicate Revit models effectively to clients and project stakeholders.
·Experience in coordinating models across multiple disciplines to deliver clash-free, compliant, and fully integrated designs.
·Capability to maintain and update BIM models in accordance with project requirements and revision control procedures.
·Working knowledge of and adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific BIM standards.
·Attention to detail when producing and reviewing detailed design outputs.
·Familiarity with QA/QC procedures for BIM models and Revit deliverables.
·Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, including production of isometric drawings and detailed sections.
Not Essential / Good to Have:
·Experience setting up Revit templates, family libraries, and shared parameters to improve project consistency.
·Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve coordination issues.
·Experience supporting BIM Managers or BIM Leads with model auditing and federated model updates.
·Awareness of best practices in BIM coordination workflows and continuous improvement in design processes.
·Knowledge on passive fire protection.

Status: Contract | Outside IR35
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Acton or Heathrow | 3 days in office and 2 days remote
Rate: £36+ depending on experience
