Mechanical Engineer / Rotating Equipment Engineer

The primary aim is to provide expertise to assist with CAPEX reduction and an increased rate of return. The client and PMC teams will evaluate the scope development of licensors, technology and service providers as well as engineering integrator.

Role includes:

a. Supporting Engineering Partners and Licensors in developing all engineering deliverables to ensure a safe process unit fully integrated into the relevant refinery site.
b. Reviewing of engineering documentation from Licensor / Engineering partner.
c. Attend meetings.
d. Provide progress reports.

Ideal candidate:

1. Preferred - Experience working as a PMC or for a client.
2. Required - Knowledge and experience of providing rotating machinery for the European market including machinery directives, ATEX and CE marking.
3. A specialist and detailed knowledge of the major machinery types such as centrifugal compressors, pumps, and gas/steam turbines will be required.
4. A working knowledge of API industry standards for machinery is required.

Location: Leatherhead / Hybrid role (3 days office + 2 days WFH)
Rate : £60 ph
Status : Outside IR35
