Principal Civil Engineer

Ideal Candidate/About You

Chartered Civil/ Structural Engineer CEng MICE/ MIStructE
Appropriate depth and breadth of experience including experience in leading and managing teams
Strong technical knowledge of Civil design
CSCS Card
SC clearance (or eligible)
Full Clean Current UK Driving Licence

Role includes:

Day-to-day management of C&S project teams
Ensure team compliance with company management system
Contribute to wider development of C&S department capabilities
Lead C&S design delivery across single projects or multiple smaller projects
Development of programmes and control of change
Tender preparation for projects of all sizes, including fee estimates
Carry out technical design reviews / critiques of projects in progress

This role is Perm/Contract
Remote/Hybrid - occasional visit to clients offices in West Midlands
Salary £55-56,000 pa
